Perseverance

Perseverance is one of the fundamental qualities for an after-sales team! We cannot claim to be professional if we do not show perseverance in the answers given to our customers. Empathy

Empathy is the second most important quality for professional after-sales service. You can't help people solve their problems if you don't put yourself in their shoes. So Hellodoc's consultants have several training sessions that teach them to empathise with the customer and try to understand what the problem is.
